As the year is coming to an end, I have been really thinking how we actually wait until January to start new habits. Our resolutions never really start until after the fireworks, booze and celebration of the new year. But why can’t we start now?
This Trendy Tuesdaze blog is inspired by being a boss for the rest of 2019. When I think of the word BOSS, I think of someone that is in control of their self, their emotions, and their life. A boss exudes confidence, not arrogance. A boss not only pursues their dreams but inspires others to do the same. A true boss never has to put another down to rise above. The dictionary describes it a little differently but I really do not care, I make my own rules. So, how can you possess more boss ass energy for the rest of the year? Let it become a habit THIS year so it can spill into 2020 without it being so uncomfortable. Here are some synonyms of the word BOSS that I did actually resonate with. Choose one or five or all of the words and really try to embody them. See how your life changes when you truly see yourself in this light. Write “I AM….” and then which ever words you choose on a sticky note and keep speaking it into your life. Being a boss is more than an outfit; it is a lifestyle, a mindset and the true belief that you are amazing as hell and nobody possesses what you have.
